What will be required of me?
We encourage you to train as often as you can (you have unlimited access to all the workout times across both locations), post what you ate daily inside the private FB support and accountability group and ask questions if you have one! That’s all it takes to achieve your fitness and transformation goals!

Do you make us weigh-in weekly?
While some other programs might, we DO NOT! It’s not about what the scale says or what some arbitrary number says, it’s about a visual change.
