Should I do my "cardio" before or after a resistance training workout?
Do your cardio AFTER your resistance training session.
You need your strength and focus and balance for the workouts. Cardio should be done DIRECTLY AFTER (if you have the time)
Other times to do your cardio would be…
1. Morning on empty stomach (coffee is ok)
2. If you train in the morning, you can do your cardio later in the day.
Just don’t do cardio directly before your resistance training workout.
Do the resistance training first, then cardio directly after or another time of day or on another day completely!
