1. This "deep dive" phone call is going to last 40-45 minutes so I can really paint a picture for you of what a custom solution would like for you and see what it would be like working together.

On this call we will go over everything from the investment cost options to length of time of the program to the deliverability of the workouts, how the nutrition is tracked and basically how the coaching program works.

If we both feel we want to proceed then we will! If not, I will steer you to whatever serves you best.
