There will be 4-6 total purchases depending on if you need the mat and/or the foam balance pad. If you already have a pair of DB's it may be even less!
The total investment for the equipment will range from about $55.00 to $110.00 depending on what you already may have (maybe a bit more if you're buying heavier DB's or more than 1 pair)
