Protein shakes are a fast and easy way to get in some healthy fruits and a good dose of quality protein. They can replace any meal, be a snack in between between meals or be used for post-workout nutrition.

 
The following shakes contain whey protein powder and/or Greek yogurt for their protein dose and some are made with VEGA (a plant-based protein) for those that choose that lifestyle. They all taste great and I urge you to try these recipes out. 

Most of these shakes contain between 20-30 grams of protein and are between 200-350 calories which will certainly fit anyones calorie controlled flexible diet! 

Shakes 1-15 contain whey protein power, shakes 16-20 are "protein powder free" and the last 10 recipes contain VEGA protein powder. Enjoy!
