How The "Hold Fee" Works...
The "hold fee" is the only way to schedule a second in-person meeting or phone call with me. This protects my time and calendar from any future "no-shows" or last minute cancellations via the phone or in-person.
The "hold fee" is fully refundable as long as you show up to the meeting or phone call on time or give a minimum of 2 hours notice of cancellation to me via text message.
The "hold fee" is fully refundable even if we decide not to work together as long you show up on time to your second scheduled meeting or phone call.
The "hold fee" is non-refundable if and only if you do not show up to the meeting or phone call again, do not show up on time to the meeting or phone call or if you do not give at least 2 hours notice if you can't make the meeting or call again.
