BEFORE YOU BEGIN KNOW THIS: The one thing I can't teach but that keeps our clients coming back is ENERGY, PASSION AND CARING! Did i say ENERGY?

You gotta bring the HEAT!

Hand clapping, high fiving, moving around the room, pats on the back, reminding new people of your name and to go at their own pace, giving shout outs to people doing a great job, saying hi to people when they walk in the door, keeping the music high, the music good, etc...

This is the "X" factor - so bring the FIRE to each workout!

DO NOT: Talk quietly, sit down on the floor a lot, stare at your phone or the workout sheet too much.

ASK YOURSELF THIS SIMPLE QUESTION: If I was to watch you train or MTV came to the workout, would I or they consider the workout "HIGH -ENERGY"? If not, change it to HIGH ENERGY!
